Three questions from each section — one Easy, one Medium, one Hard — so you feel not just the mechanism but how it tightens as the level rises.
- Figure sequences — four matrices, find the rule, choose the paired fifth and sixth. The explanation traces each shape's movement step by step (the official Figure Sequences video shows the exam's own version of the mechanism).
- Mathematical equations — four equations, four unknowns, six candidate sets. The explanation substitutes the option into every equation so you see exactly which line a wrong answer breaks.
- Latin squares — every row and column holds each letter once; find the missing cell. The explanation shows the forced eliminations.
- General Academic Module — a short academic passage and a four-choice question, with the formula or reasoning spelled out; g.a.s.t.'s official GAM preparatory materials (PDF) show the real module's passage style.
Is this a full free mock test?
No — and we would rather say so plainly than dress twelve questions up as a "free mock". A real dMAT sitting is 120 questions in three timed 25-minute Core blocks plus the General Academic Module, about 165 minutes end to end — the structure is set out on the official dMAT website. The free questions are untimed, but they now span all three difficulty levels of our practice modules, so they show you the mechanisms, how each hardens from Easy to Hard, and how our explanations teach; a timed full paper is what tells you whether you are exam-ready. Full access — 15 timed mock papers, 2,858 practice questions with a worked note on every item, progress tracking and missed-item retakes — is a single ₹799 payment for 12 months, including everything added in that time.
Honest framing: every question here is original, designed with the official dMAT sample tasks in mind — the same mechanisms, conventions and drawing style — and nothing is copied from the real exam or from g.a.s.t.'s materials. dMAT.practice is an independent study aid, not an official training document, and is not affiliated with g.a.s.t., APS India or any university. How to use the free questions well
- Time yourself loosely — about 75 seconds is the pace a 25-minute, 20-question Core block demands.
- Commit to an answer before revealing it. Guessing is not penalised on the real dMAT, so the habit of always answering is worth building from question one.
- Read the explanation even when you were right — the reasoning is the transferable part.
- Compare a section's Easy and Hard questions — the gap between them is what the practice modules are built to close.
