We reply within two working days, usually sooner. Write from the Google account you use on the site so we can find your access straight away — that email is the only detail we hold about you.
What we can help with
- Access or sign-in — you paid but cannot get in, or the site shows your account as locked. Send the order reference from your payment app if you have it. Access follows your email, so signing in with Google on any device usually restores it at once.
- Payments — a charge that did not complete, a duplicate payment (refunded automatically; write if it has not appeared within five working days), or a question before you pay.
- Refunds — as set out in the Refund & Cancellation Policy: digital content is delivered the moment you pay, so a completed purchase is refundable only in the cases that policy lists.
- A question you think is wrong — tell us the paper or module and the question number. Every item is checked and re-verified, but we do not claim the bank is error-free; reports are welcomed and corrected quickly.
- Deleting your account — you can do that yourself from the account menu at any time; it takes effect immediately, as the Terms describe.
What we are
dMAT.practice is a product of NinjaMinds Software Solutions (ninjaminds.org): an online practice bank of 2,858 original dMAT-style questions and 15 timed mock papers, sold as a single ₹799 payment for 12 months of access. It is an independent study aid — not an official training document, and not connected to g.a.s.t., APS India or any university. Questions about the exam itself belong to the official dMAT website and APS India.
Please do not send passwords, card numbers or UPI PINs — we never need them and never ask. Payment details go only to the payment gateway's own window.
